What began as a neighborhood pub all worn wood, warm light, and easy conversation has been reimagined as stun sushi lounge, where that same welcoming spirit now meets the quiet precision of Japanese sushi. 

We kept the soul of the original room and let it guide everything else: the intimacy, the low glow, the sense that every guest is a regular in the making. But where the taps once stood, our chefs now work the counter by hand, breaking down whole fish flown in at their peak and shaping each piece to order.
